The following events will commence during the day;

Clay Pigeon Shooting
Clay Pigeon Shoot
The clay shooting arena will have the following events for the clay shooting, (Tamar shooting ground) is sponsoring the clay shooting with a brand new 12 gauge shotgun with every entry purchased it will be entered into a draw for the gun
also there will be other prizes for the winners of the sporting an the DTL but not finalized yet
40 English sporting – fibre wad cartridges only
25DTL down the line – plastic can be used
BASC will be there with 2 instructors so people can have a go at firing a shotgun
the Cornish muzzle loaders will be there so people can have a go at firing a black powder shotgun , they also bring with them a display of black powder guns
The shebbear shooters will be there so people can have a go at firing air guns/rifles etc
Family Dog Show
The Family Dog Show will include over 20 classes, including some pedigree classes, starting at around 12.30 and continuing throughout the afternoon, with an entry price of £1 per class.

Have-A-Go Dog Agility Course
There will be a Dog Agility course available throughout the day.
The Countrymans Fair Inter-Club team Gundog Challenge
Teams from top West Country Gundog clubs will compete in an open standard working test, each team comprising three retrievers and one spaniel, with prizes sponsored by Skinner’s Dog Food. Tests start at 9.00am and continue through the morning. The tests have been organised by the Cornwall Field Trial Society, who will also be holding a gundog scurry and all-comers, all shapes and sizes of dogs, are welcome.
